Case Management System / FRL PORTAL
At the beginning of 2011 First Response Law launched our online web portal. The system has been designed to provide a complete up to the minute, open and transparent central hub for each stakeholder in the claims lifecycle. The information recorded is processed by our internal system and published for open access.
The referring client can view all their claims, status for recovery, hire, repair and personal injury. In addition all financial information such as referral fees, payments and claw backs.
The customer can see up to the minute updates from the Recovery Company, Hire Company, Approved Repairer, Physiotherapist and Solicitor.
Finally the service providers can also get real time updates on referred claims. The hire provider and approved repairer can view repair completion information, payment schedules and accounting information as well as claim updates.
Our system has been designed to talk seamlessly with other systems and is integrated with all of our stakeholders.
We have access to both NETFOIL and the MOTOR INSURANCE DATABASE to enable us to guard against exposure to fraudulent claims.
