Our team of fully trained staff manages the initial contact establishing a one-to-one relationship with clients.
Our innovative ‘triage’ system prioritises the clients needs and liaises with the Service Supplier Team which then manages communication with our service supplier network.
We put our clients at ease, at what can be a very stressful time, and explain in simple terms how the claims process operates.
All our staff are trained to understand the claims process:
- Get the client safe
- Remove damaged vehicle
- Get the client mobile
- Offer Medical rehabilitation and recovery
- Obtain compensation
First Response Law has a UK based state of the art Call Centre. We process all claims on a white labelled basis providing your customer with brand continuity and reassurance.
