First Response Law are delighted to announce an exclusive 5 year deal with Intal UK to provide complete policy outsourcing services to their 3 insurance brands – Lemon Squeezy, Bubblewrap Insurance and Snippet insurance. The 3 brands all provide insurance cover to young drivers.

First Response Law will be handling all outbound customer policy administration, renewals, Mid Term Adjustments, General Policy Administration and Complete Claims Handling.

Colchester United Football Match

Leading claims outsourcing business First Response Law sponsored and played in a Help for Heroes charity football match at Colchester Uniteds Stadium on Saturday 28th May.  The team put a valiant effort against a strong army team eventually losing 5-2 in the main game. In total the match raised in excess of £2000.00 for the charity. Sales Director Jim Toole said “this is a fantastic charity and we were really happy to be part of the match. Matt and I held up the right side for a while but these lads are elite athletes and they broke us down in the end.”

Leading Merseyside law firm, Canter Levin and Berg (CLB) and sister company First Response Law (FRL) Limited have donated thousands of pounds to the British Red Cross and pledged their support by selecting the organisation as the firm’s chosen charity for 2011/2012.

The firm has a timetable of sporting and fund raising events over the next 12 months to help raise money for the world’s leading organisation in humanitarian aid. The sponsorship programme kicks off in April and in October; Operations Director Matt Roberts hopes to raise £2,000 for the cause when he runs the Dublin marathon.

Matt said: “Every year FRL and CLB choose an official charity and we all do as much as we can to support it. There have been so many humanitarian crises this year that we chose a charity that was heavily involved in helping rebuild those communities that have been left devastated.

But we also want our official charity to help those closer to home. Through the British Red Cross Merseyside branch, we can also support the people in our community.”

In November, CLB will be the official sponsor for the British Red Cross fundraising Snow Ball as part of its campaign of events.

Ina Schmidt, Patron for Merseyside for British Red Cross, said: “The British Red Cross is a volunteer-led humanitarian organisation that relies solely on donations. We are thrilled that CLB and FRL have chosen us to be their charity for the next year and that those who work at the firm are so committed to such a full programme of fundraising events.”

First Response Law have launched our new Iphone application aimed at speeding up the claims process. The new application allows clients to register key information, take pictures / video and record accurate accident details roadside. The claim is then remotely uploaded directly into our state of the art accident centre at the touch of a button. Our handlers are able to act even quicker by contacting the client imediately and getting a more accurate impression of the accident. The new application is aimed at speeding up the claims process by getting clear information at the start of the claim. FRLs broker clients are all provided with this application FOC as another additional benefit of our service.

First Response Law have agreed to sponsor the Red Cross ball. The event takes place at the Hilbark Hotel in November this year. FRL are sponsoring the event alongside sister company Canter Levin and Berg Solicitors.

First Response Law have today launched their new online web portal. The new system provides referrers, customers and service providers with open access to FRLs claims management system.

All stakeholders in the claims life-cycle are able to view – generic updates, progress with repairs, hire information, accounting information, physiotherapy updates and more…..

• All new referrers are provided with personal login information and bespoke areas to monitor claims.
• Customers can track updates and key milestones are notified by SMS text message and email.
• Service providers are able to login and reconcile referrals and monitor key accounting information.
