Roadside Recovery

Our FNOL staff are all trained to understand the customer triage process. We appreciate that the first priority is to get the customer and their belongings safe and secure.

We will take immediate action to have vehicles collected and delivered to one of our approved repairers. Arrangements will also be made for the driver and passengers to be delivered back home.

Our staff are not incentivised on conversion but rather customer service and delivering the best service to your customers.
